The UCC Solutions Architect is a member of AVI-SPL’s Technology & Innovation Group responsible for supporting, architecting, promoting and scaling the companies Technology and Innovation practice, focusing primarily on current and emerging Workplace Management, UCC technologies within specific UCC Platforms. The position is focused on enabling the global sales, business development, design, and solutions architecture teams to understand, contribute to, and consistently deliver Innovative UCC technology solutions to customers.

We are looking for an On-Site AV and IT Support Technician to provide hands-on support for professional audiovisual systems while delivering 1st and 2nd line IT assistance in a modern, Intune-managed workplace. You will ensure the smooth operation of meeting rooms, live events, and collaboration technologies, working with platforms such as Crestron, Biamp Tesira, Cisco, Poly, and Microsoft Teams Rooms. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, a calm and professional client-facing approach, and the ability to work closely with IT and facilities teams to deliver a seamless user experience.  

The Senior AV & ELV Field Technician will work in partnership with the Global Helpdesk to provide Service support for customers at customer sites with the end goals of restoring functionality to our customers’ assets while delivering a world-class Customer Service experience. 

We are seeking an experienced Onsite AV Support Technician for a full-time position at a prestigious client site in Abu Dhabi. This hands-on role involves the maintenance and technical support of professional AV systems including Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, BrightSign, Tripleplay, and projection technologies. You will support digital signage, event AV setups, immersive playback platforms like Pixera and 7thSense, and assist with projection mapping using tools such as Scalable Display Technologies or manual techniques. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless AV operation across high-profile spaces while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

Provide post-sales support to bring immersive and experiential projects to life in partnership with AVI-SPL offices around the globe. This engineering role will provide additional details about how a design approach will be realized, built, and configured to uphold the vision of the XTG pre-sales team and our growing network of creative partners.

The Installation Technician 4 will perform installation tasks for AVI-SPL contracted projects including but not limited to: cable pulls, cable terminations, system equipment and components, rack fabrication and wiring, layout for equipment and metal fabrication. The Installation Technician 4 will be expected to lead and direct installation crews (internal or subcontracted) on large and complex projects and engage in specific system testing by coordinating and reporting progress to Project Manager ensuring projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements.
