Job Summary
• The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing all government-related documentation and compliance matters, ensuring that the company and its employees operate in full alignment with UAE laws and regulations. The PRO handles visa processing, labor and immigration formalities, company licensing renewals, and other public sector interactions efficiently and professionally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and process all employee visa applications, including new visas, renewals, cancellations, medicals, and Emirates ID registrations through MOHRE, GDRFA, and related authorities.
• Handle all labor and immigration requirements for the company and ensure full compliance with UAE employment and residency laws.
• Oversee all company trade licenses, establishment cards, and Chamber of Commerce renewals for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah.
• Coordinate the attestation, notarization, and legalization of corporate and employee documents with embassies and ministries as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa and license expirations, ensuring timely renewals and submissions.
• Manage the company vehicle registrations, renewals, and traffic fines, ensuring all company assets remain compliant with RTA and police requirements.
• Coordinate staff medical insurance additions and cancellations in coordination with HR.
• Support shipment clearance and customs documentation when required for project or logistics purposes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government officials to ensure smooth and efficient processing of company documentation.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on visa activities, government charges, and renewal schedules to HR and Finance.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure all government and employee documents are handled securely.
• Ensure all PRO-related payments (e.g., labor fees, visa fees, fines) are processed promptly with full supporting documentation.
• Provide guidance to internal departments on any changes to UAE labor and immigration laws that impact business operations.
• Support HR and Admin in employee onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating government formalities for new hires.
• Represent the company at government inspections, audits, or official meetings as required.

Skills and Abilities
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Immigration rules, and Government e-portals (TASHEEL, GDRFA, ICP, MOI, FAWRI, E-Channel).
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Ability to maintain strong working relationships with government officials and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing laws and ensure continuous compliance for all company entities.
